Client Guidebook
Your first full day starts with a schedule, and this guidebook explains it. We walk you through daily structure, phone and visitor policies (these vary by program), and how you work with your case manager. We also cover how families stay connected while you settle in.
Client Guidebook, The Details
On your first full day, you meet your case manager, tour the space, and get a printed schedule so you know where to be and when. We keep the day structured because routine steadies people early in treatment.
A typical weekday includes:
- Morning check-in and group therapy
- Individual sessions scheduled with your therapist
- Meals at set times, with breaks built in between
- Evening reflection or skills groups before quiet hours
Phone and visitor policies differ by program, and your case manager will walk you through the specifics for yours. Some programs limit phone access in the first days, then ease those limits as you settle in. Visiting days, approved contacts, and what you can bring are all covered in your intake paperwork.
Your case manager is your steady point of contact. They coordinate your care, track your goals, and answer the practical questions that come up.
Families stay involved through scheduled family sessions, education about the treatment plan, and regular updates when you have signed a release allowing us to speak with them.
