Group Therapy

Group therapy sessions meet several times a week, and they form one of the core parts of your treatment plan at Kade Behavioral. In these groups, you sit with others working through similar struggles. We guide the conversation, keep it safe, and help you practice what recovery actually looks like.

How Group Therapy Works in Treatment

A group session brings together a small number of clients and a licensed clinician who guides the conversation. People take turns sharing, listening, and offering feedback. We use these meetings to practice honesty, build coping skills, and remind clients that they are not carrying recovery alone. Groups help with the isolation that often follows addiction and mental health struggles, and they let members learn from one another.

Group work is one part of a wider plan. As you progress, we adjust which groups fit you and how they connect to your individual care.
