Your day in our partial hospitalization program starts in the morning and runs through the afternoon, then you head home or to supportive housing for the evening. This is the structure that sits between residential care and living fully on your own. When you arrive, we complete a comprehensive assessment that looks at your history, your physical health, and what has and hasn't worked before.
From that, we build a treatment plan written for you, not a general template. You'll meet with a dedicated case manager who coordinates your care, tracks how things are going, and keeps every part of the team talking. That same person stays involved as we plan your aftercare, so the handoff to the next step feels steady. At Kade Behavioral, we walk it with you.
