Individual Therapy
Individual therapy begins with a one-on-one conversation between you and a therapist who stays with you throughout treatment. At Kade Behavioral, we build these sessions into every care plan. We work at your pace, focusing on the patterns and history that shape how you feel today.
How Individual Therapy Works in Treatment
You meet with the same licensed clinician in a private room, usually once or twice a week, for about an hour. We ask questions, listen, and help you make sense of what you are feeling. Sessions might cover cravings, anxiety, past trauma, or the day-to-day habits that keep addiction going. Nothing here works in isolation. What comes up in your one-on-one time shapes the rest of your treatment plan, and we adjust that plan as you grow steadier. Some weeks are harder than others, and we pace the work to match where you actually are.
