What Is Treatment Like?
Your first day starts with intake and a full assessment, so we understand your history before we build anything. From there we write a plan that fits you. Days mix individual and group therapy, shared meals, and quiet downtime. When you're ready, we include family in the work.
What Is Treatment Like, The Details
Your first day starts with an assessment. We sit down with you, review your history, and talk through what brought you here. From there we build a treatment plan that fits your situation, not a template we hand to everyone.
A typical weekday follows a steady rhythm. Mornings usually begin with breakfast and a check-in, then move into structured therapy. Here is what those hours often include:
- Individual sessions with your assigned therapist
- Group therapy where you work alongside others in treatment
- Skills-based work for handling cravings, stress, and difficult emotions
Meals are shared and regular. We build in downtime too, because rest matters and recovery is not meant to feel like a punishment. Afternoons and evenings leave room to reflect, connect, or simply breathe.
Family involvement is part of the plan when it helps. We can arrange family sessions and keep you informed, with your loved one's consent, so you are not left guessing. If you have questions about how any of this works, we are glad to walk through it with you.
