Case Management
When you enter treatment at Kade Behavioral, a case manager is assigned to coordinate the practical side of your care. We track appointments, connect you with outside resources, and keep your treatment plan moving. This work runs alongside therapy as a core part of how we support you.
How Case Management Works in Treatment
Your case manager sits down with you early in treatment and maps out the practical parts of recovery, the things that can quietly derail progress if no one tracks them. A session might cover housing, court dates, insurance paperwork, or a referral to a doctor outside our program. We connect these pieces so nothing gets dropped.
Case management works alongside your therapy and medical care, not separate from it. As your needs shift, our licensed clinicians update the plan with you, adjusting supports and appointments so the care matches where you actually are.
